ABOUT CAP MULTIFAMILY
We believe CAP Multifamily is the first vertically integrated private equity firm focused on the institutionalizing of small multifamily assets (4-100 units). Being vertically integrated and lean, we are able to develop, acquire, and asset manage this asset class in order to create operating efficiencies while introducing institutional grade asset management to these portfolio’s.

MISSION
Mission: Our mission is to institutionalize the small multifamily asset class which we believe provides a better, more satisfying place to live for our residents while creating opportunities for institutional investment. Our assets provide a boutique and intimate living experience which we believe will compete successfully with large multifamily counterparts.
VISION
We are looking to institutionalize and scale the small multifamily housing segment as we believe them to offer a superior housing experience to residents and superior risk adjusted returns to investors. Similar to the Single Family Housing case‐study, we believe that this asset class can become efficient with institutional investment and management.
